Natchez Youth Leadership

The Mission of Youth Leadership Natchez is to develop a group of young leaders who can impact the future of Natchez and Adams County by learning how to assume responsible community leadership roles.

Participation in Youth Leadership Natchez is open to 11^th grade students (Juniors) in public and private schools within Adams County.

Youth Leadership Natchez is composed of six monthly full-day sessions October through April including an opening retreat where students are introduced to each other and the program coordinators. Each session is designed to assist in the development of strong leadership skills, gaining the ability to identify community needs and opportunities for leadership as wells building a network of relationships that will enable them to facilitate change.
