Merit Health
Merit Health Natchez and Merit Health Natchez – Community Campus combined in November 2015 to form a single, strong provider to serve the healthcare needs of the Natchez community. Merit Health Natchez recently underwent several renovations to update and expand services in preparation for the consolidation of the two campuses. The Joint Commission-accredited hospital has 179-beds and offers a broad range of services including emergency medicine, surgery, cardiology, labor and delivery, radiology, outpatient diagnostic testing, physical therapy and more. Merit Health Natchez holds additional accreditations from the American College of Radiology for mammography, the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. Riverland Medical Center
Riverland Medical Center is located in Ferriday, Louisiana which is about 20 minutes west of Vidalia. The public hospital offers all the services of a progressive hospital in a rural setting. Riverland offers diagnostic radiology services, including CAT scan, ultra sound and mammography; intensive and coronary care and cardio and pulmonary services in addition to general medical services and surgery, including endoscopy and laparoscopy. Promise Hospital of Miss-Lou
Promise Healthcare, Inc. is one of the largest Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) organizations in the country providing quality specialty care for patients requiring a longer acute care recovery period. Doctors' Pavilion
Natchez is also home to the recently constructed Doctors' Pavilion. The building, which sits next to Natchez Regional Medical Center, is home to a variety of doctor's offices.
Riverpark Medical Center
Natchez Community Hospital and Riverpark Medical Center have partnered to provide several areas of service. Riverpark is a multiservice ambulatory care center, known more familiarly as an outpatient center. It includes multispecialty clinics, an ambulatory surgery center, a digital imaging center, a sports medicine and physical therapy department and an after hours clinic.
Doctors built Riverpark to provide equipment, technology, convenience and access to specialists within the setting of a smaller population so fewer people would leave the area for medical care in larger cities.
