Housing Options in Natchez
The housing market in the Miss-Lou has been a busy one in recent years. Adams County and Concordia Parish offer a wide variety of homes in all price ranges.
In Natchez, residents can live downtown in antebellum structures, in apartments above antique shops, in reasonably priced subdivisions or on the golf course. Properties are available for rent, renovation or purchase and the town is home to more than 10 apartment complexes. Downtown condominiums are in the works and several new subdivisions are being developed, as well.
